About

A strong lower body allows us to perform the majority of our everyday movement patterns. Walking, sitting, standing, squatting, running, hiking, and jumping are just a few actions that would be impossible without first developing strength in the lower extremities. The exercises in this challenge are designed to test multiple systems of the body. Improving strength and functionality of the anterior, & posterior chains of the lower body are the main focus here.
