The TEST YOUR MIGHT CHALLENGES are the tools we use to give you a reference point for where you're starting. In order for you to better track your progress on your fitness journey, use the following fitness tests to gauge how far you've come in the ENS programs, or use the exercises to create your own routines. The third tier of challenges is going to empower you. As your mentality and physicality evolves, so will your understanding of your body. In this tier we'll complete the 2 minute stability, total body, plus the core & abs based challenges. Mind your form and keep that energy going!
