Functional Movement means energy for your life, your family, and yourself.  Gym memberships are expensive and require planning a trip, possibly a babysitter, and definitely a block of time from your busy schedule. 

 

ENS programs are available when YOU have time, no closed hours, occupied equipment, or sweaty weights. A desire, a device, and some space are all you need.

 

Consistency is the goal at ENS, and with a flexible schedule, you'll have the option of when and where you want to sweat. Personal training sessions can expire, and at as-much-as-you-want-to-spend per session, an investment in ENS is the long-term solution.

 

You are also a member of our community, with everyone sweating and struggling right along with you. Join a group that holds you accountable and you've found your formula for success.

 

If you are a crypto user, stay tuned for our NFT's, which will contain the entire Combat Series program. After completion, you can recoup your sweat equity.  In other words, when you've gotten the full benefit, you can sell it to someone else and share the energy forward, creating a yield for your success story.
