What does functional movement mean? For the Energy Never Stops community, functional movement means capable, strong, and flexible. It means hips that bend through their full range, and shoulders that allow easy and free movement above our heads. It means getting our groceries into the house without feeling like our arms are going to fall off. It means being balanced enough that a slip on the ice does not mean catastrophic injury. It means energy. It means freedom.

Every member of the ENS family has a story to share. Whether you are a youngster wondering how to get started, a gym veteran, or somewhere in between, your interests are shared and celebrated here. We utilize interval training, functional movements, isolation, and recovery to accomplish our shared goals. We take the guesswork out of programming, leaving you free to accomplish more with your newfound energy surpluses.

We know that there are about fifteen million products, supplements, pills, potions, and programs available out there. Over-tanned, over caffeinated, and overbearing trainers around, telling you how much you need their product. ENS is not a product, it is a community of people engaging in an investment in their own health. It is a forum to share successes, failures, joys, and tears. It is a family full of members striving towards the same goal. That goal is capturing their own ancestral strength, vigor, and energy.
